Registration

Registration forms are available online and in the parish office Monday-Friday. Please notify the parish office if your name, address, telephone number or marital status has changed. Current parishioners who have plans to move from the parish should also notify the parish office.

Please fill the registration form out completely and either mail or drop it off at the parish office.
